RENTING POLICIES

•  Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children per cabin
•  Additional adults will be charged 10 U.S.D. per  night
•  Children under 12 years old are free
•  Children 12 years and older pay adult rate
•  Maximum allowance  4 people per cabin, children included
•  All taxes included. Tips are not included
•  We accept all major credit  and debit cards, through our PayPal account in our web page.
• Check in is at   1500 hours.  Check out is at   1200 hours.


RESERVATION POLICIES

•A 50% minimum deposit of the total price to pay is required to confirm and to guarantee your  reservation.
• The remaining balance is due not later than one week prior to your    arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• We will refund 90 % of your deposit if you cancel 30 or more days prior to your arrival date.
• We will refund 50 % of your deposit if you cancel between 15 and 29 days from your arrival date.
• We will keep the right not to refund if you cancel less than 15 days prior to your arrival date.
